Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely.

- Operate hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, digging, and cleanup duties.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
