- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, unloading deliveries, and organizing supplies
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in emergency response procedures and safety drills
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions during night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville
- Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands change
