Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will support our skilled tradesmen by performing essential site preparation and cleanup duties. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and carrying heavy materials (50+ lbs).
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup, debris removal, and material transport.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Measure and cut materials as directed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Adapt to changing project needs and work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
