Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, hauling, and loading materials.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines on-site.
- Perform general cleaning and organization of work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as directed.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
