Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, excavation, and trenching.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, drywall, or general site preparation.
- Operate basic heavy machinery (e.g., skid steers, backhoes) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform minor cleanup duties and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the USA.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
