Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and grading operations
- Install/align concrete forms, rebar, and structural components
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) with OSHA certification
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for material allocation
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily safety inspections
- Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors for seamless workflow
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation expertise
