Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Operate power tools and machinery under proper supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Report site hazards and maintain accurate work documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or equivalent trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
