Responsibilities
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various building tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize the job site.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
