Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on active construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and managing materials
- Read blueprints and safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent hazards and delays
- Participate in site inspections and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience or vocational training
- Valid O-10 card (OSHA 10-hour certification) or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
