What You Will Do:
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, mounting outlets, and fixture installation under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain required journeyman license and certifications upon completion of apprenticeship.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
