Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage material inventory and maintain work area cleanliness
- Document work orders and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid journeyman or master electrician license (CA or TX)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights/ confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
