Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn pipefitting techniques and plumbing system diagnostics
- Perform basic fixture repairs and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pursue state certification (provided)
