Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and water heater issues
- Perform emergency leak repairs and drain clearing services
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project estimates
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale renovation projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with trenchless and pipe-lining technologies
