Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
- Manage material inventory and job site documentation

Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
