Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Ensure compliance with California Plumbing Code and municipal regulations
- Manage emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Coordinate with construction teams for new builds and renovations
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Complete detailed service reports and client documentation
Qualifications
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- 5+ years verifiable plumbing experience in Bay Area
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
