Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, piping systems, and drainage fixtures according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and prevent future issues.
- Respond to emergency calls with a focus on speed and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
