Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe repair, and fixture installation.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints.
- Maintain and service commercial and residential water heating systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local Los Angeles building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and accurate project estimates to clients during night hours.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring readiness for all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
