Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and plumbing fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Emit accurate work orders and maintain detailed records of all repairs and installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries and explaining technical issues clearly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in NY and TX.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
