Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently using modern diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan project layouts accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assist in the supervision of apprentice plumbers and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and basic HVAC systems.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in tight, confined spaces.
