Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certification
- Install/repair structural components (framing, concrete, roofing)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Maintain equipment and clean job sites daily
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and project managers
- Complete material handling and inventory management duties
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL or heavy equipment operation license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screening clearance
