Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Perform routine maintenance on water heaters, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for plumbing layouts
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project explanations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repair
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
