Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe replacements
- Perform water heater installations, fixture repairs, and pipefitting tasks
- Adhere to building codes and safety regulations for all installations
- Provide emergency services during after-hours and weekend rotations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of materials
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid California state license
- Expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- Ability to operate power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy materials
