Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and professional on-site conduct.
- Manage time efficiently to complete multiple service calls within a single shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool belt.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required for Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency with modern plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
