Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and remove debris
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily equipment inspections and reports
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adapt to changing project priorities and schedules
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM shifts)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (not required)
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must be 18+ years old
