Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, trenching, and debris removal duties
- Operate hand/power tools including saws, drills, and compactors
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Report safety hazards and maintain compliance with company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
