Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform excavation, demolition, and debris removal tasks
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Read basic construction plans and follow verbal instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
