Responsibilities
- Excavate, demolish, and prepare construction sites per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and equipment using forklifts/cranes
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
- Collaborate with night shift teams to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
