Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete pouring, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Reliable transportation to job sites across SF
- Flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
