Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Perform emergency repairs during night shifts to minimize operational downtime
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and California Electrical Code standards
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on high-voltage systems
- Document service reports and maintain accurate job records
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless project handovers
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license (required)
- 3+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 480V+ systems and motor controls
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical failures
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Flexibility for emergency call-outs during critical outages
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
