Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for residential/commercial clients during night shifts
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and piping systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex drain/sewer line issues
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in OH/NY (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency scenarios
- Must be available for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation preferred
