Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems in commercial/residential properties
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform emergency repairs during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Comply with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprentice plumbers on complex projects
- Document service reports and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with property managers for preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with backflow prevention systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
