Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts with minimal response time
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with property owners
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills for emergency situations
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation technology a plus
