Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA safety standards
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions from project managers and lead carpenters
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout shifts
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with flexible availability
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
