Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Mix concrete, sand, and other materials as directed by foremen.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to work sites.
- Follow safety protocols (OSHA) to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
