Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA standards).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting under supervision.
- Support the crew with general labor needs to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
