Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and demolition activities
- Safely operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
