Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform hydro-jetting and drain cleaning services
- Install water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Comply with all Michigan plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in excellent condition
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan Plumber's License required
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites (company vehicle provided during work hours)
- Background check and drug test required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
