Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Adhere to NC plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors on large-scale renovation projects
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 rotational availability
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Maintain detailed service reports for client transparency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid NC state license
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technology preferred
