Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Adhere to local codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed documentation
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
- Train junior plumbers and mentor apprentices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Background check and drug test required
