Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read blueprints and schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency service calls during nights/weekends (rotated schedule)
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory of materials
- Mentor junior plumbers and train on new technologies
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with tankless water heaters and PEX piping
- Customer service excellence and punctuality
