Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Handle emergency calls (burst pipes, clogs, leaks) 24/7 rotation
- Perform inspections and compliance checks
- Estimate project costs and timelines accurately
- Maintain clean, safe job sites per OSHA standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- EPA 608 certification required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
