Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per building codes
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service calls
- Manage emergency response during after-hours and weekends
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory control
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers on large projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- TN Journeyman Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response availability (24/7 rotation)
