Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls within 2-hour response time
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line inspections
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes
- Provide detailed estimates and customer consultations
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of parts
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends/on-call shifts
- Background check and drug test required
