Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.)
- Install new plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per code requirements
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide detailed maintenance reports
- Collaborate with project teams for large-scale installations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience with trenchless and pipe-lining technologies preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in emergency situations
