Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pipe repairs, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes, with a focus on weekend emergency calls.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, toilets, faucets, and drainage systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and provide accurate estimates.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical issues in clear terms and ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations strictly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Document all work performed and submit accurate daily timesheets.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional plumbing experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight spaces or outdoor elements.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
