Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material logistics
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and sustained physical labor
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT as needed)
- Strong attention to safety protocols
