Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete with attention to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class A or B Commercial Driver's License preferred
