Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, excavation, and demolition.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate project completion.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we train!
