Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and material transport
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints/technical plans
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Report hazards or project delays to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
