Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction site operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project instructions
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup activities
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, or equipment
Qualifications
- Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Must pass pre-employment background check
